- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am a customer of 5 years with Baldwin County Solid Waste and have never had an issue with service, nor have I ever been late on a payment. However, recently (last week) my garbage was skipped. One can was emptied and the other was left at the curbside. I called and was informed that the courtesy of picking up trash in other canisters besides the Baldwin County Waste trash can has been stopped. It would have been a courtesy to inform customers that this courtesy of picking up trash from other canisters had ceased. Now I am going home this afternoon to dig out week old trash and transfer it to the Baldwin County Solid waste canister. It is also unfortunate that customers are being forced to use cheaper canisters than be able to use the $90, durable canisters we have had for years.By Daniel Bertagnolli, March 16, 2017
